Our Referral Process

As a referring veterinarian, you can refer your patients to SurgiPet in several ways:

Phone referral: Please call 858.744.0074 to refer the patient; this is a preferred way for urgent surgeries so we can assist you and your patient as soon as possible.
Email referral: Email our team at info@surgipet.com. Please attach relevant medical records, diagnostic and imaging results, and reports if possible.
Client referral: Ask the client to contact us directly at 858.758.0661 or by email at info@surgipet.com.
Online referral: Fill in the quick referral form below, and we will contact the client directly within 24 hours.

Estimates

Should you require an estimate for your client before referral, we can provide a verbal estimate. Still, we ask that you call us directly so we can obtain the medical details necessary to provide a more accurate estimate.
